Ordering and Shipping
Please follow the steps below to place an order.
Add the items you want to your cart (shopping cart)
1) Click "Add to Cart" and add the items you want to purchase.
2) When you have finished all your shopping, click "Checkout.

1) Confirm that the contact information and shipping address are correct.
If there are any changes, click "Change" and enter the information again.
2) Click "Proceed to Payment".
Enter your payment method.
You can choose to pay by credit card or PayPal.
If you have a coupon code...
Enter the coupon code first, then click "Apply".
The total amount displayed in the upper right corner will change.
For credit cards
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
1) Check the "Credit Card" checkbox under "Payment Method" and enter the necessary information.
Enter the required information.
2) Check the "Same as shipping address" box for the billing address that matches your card or payment method.
If you have a different billing address, you can use the same address as your shipping address.

4) When you see the screen that says your order has been confirmed, your order is complete.
If you are using PayPal
1) Check the "PayPal" checkbox for the payment method.
2) Check if the billing address is the same as your shipping address.

"Same as shipping address" or "Use a different billing address".
3) Click "Complete Order".
4) You will be redirected to an external site (PayPal).

As a general rule, all prices shown for products, shipping, etc. include tax.
About shipping charges
Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of your purchase.

Free shipping is available for purchases of 2,200 yen or more (tax included).
・Hokkaido: 1,100 yen (tax included)
・Okinawa and remote islands 1,650 yen (tax included)
・Other areas: 660 yen (tax included)
About delivery time zone
Delivery times can be specified by Yamato Transport.
If you would like to specify the delivery time, please fill out the following form when you add the item to the cart.

The estimated shipping time for products is about 3-4 days after payment is confirmed.

About membership registration
How to register as a member
Please follow the steps below to register as a member.
1) Click on the "three" in the upper left corner of the site, or the "human-shaped symbol" in the upper right corner.
2) Click on "Login / Create Account.
3) Click on "Create a new account.
4) Enter the required information and click "Create New Account".
5) An email will be sent to the email address you entered.
Click on "Activate Account".
6) When you receive an email stating that your registration is complete, your registration is complete.
Please enter your email address and password on the login screen.

What you can do as a member
