Currently, we only ship set items internationally. Individual items cannot be purchased.

Shipping

We deliver using Yamato Transport International Courier Service or Japan Post International Mail.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
Please enter the delivery address at the checkout page for accurate shipping costs.
The current delivery areas and shipping costs are as follows:

Delivery Date

・Delivery dates cannot be specified.
・Usually, orders are shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation.

Important Information

・ Please ensure that the recipient's address and name are written in English.
・ Once the item has been shipped, changes to the delivery address, order content,
　 or cancellations are not possible.
・ If the desired item is out of stock, we will inform you and cancel the order.
・ If you specify a delivery address outside the delivery area, we will inform you and cancel the order.
・ Customs duties and consumption taxes may be imposed on your ordered items according to the laws of each country. Additionally, customs duties may be imposed by the postal service of the recipient's country. The recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties and other fees incurred after shipping.
・ Delivery may be delayed due to high order volume, delivery area,
　 traffic conditions, weather, social conditions, etc.
・ If the package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to receive,
　 we will charge the return shipping fee and the reshipping fee.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us via the inquiry form, providing your order number, name, and the email address used at the time of order. Our representative will contact you individually.
If the item has not yet been shipped, we will process the refund.

Returns and Exchanges Due to Our Fault

If there is an error with the product, or if the item is damaged, dirty, or defective,please contact us via the inquiry form. If the issue is determined to be our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In principle, we will exchange the item for the same product
(if we cannot exchange it for a new product, we will refund your payment).

About gift wrapping.

We do not accept gift wrapping. Please be patient.
